Art in Print is a website and journal devoted to the history, theory and culture of the print. It aims to serve the needs of the international museum, collector, artist, scholar, and print dealer communities, and to offer an entry point for people new to the field as either producers or consumers. It is a produced by Art in Print Review, a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation.
The Art in Print Journal is published bimonthly and features substantial articles on all aspects of printed art and its impact. It is available as both a bound journal as well as a digital only subscription. Members also have access to specialized content about the print world and print market.
The artinprint.org website offers free access to reviews of new prints, print exhibitions and books; listings of print exhibitions and events; and a variety of reference materials on the history, making, and collecting of prints.
If you would like to write for us
We are happy to consider proposals for feature articles on subjects related to the history or current state of artists’ prints, in the broadest meaning of the term.
