Gerd Woll was Curator and Senior Curator at the Munch Museum (Oslo) from 1973–2010. She has published numerous essays and catalogues dealing with Munch’s works, especially his prints. In 2001, she completed the catalogue raisonné of his prints, Edvard Munch. The Complete Graphic Works (Philip Wilson Publishers, London, new edition in 2012). From 2003–2008 she managed the Munch Museum’s catalogue raisonné project which was published in four volumes in 2009 under the title Edvard Munch. Complete Paintings (Thames & Hudson, London). In 2013, she wrote the catalogue for an exhibition in Kunsthaus Zürich: Edvard Munch, a Genius of Printmaking.
